In Neutral

~ In Neutral ~
When driving a manual transmission vehicle, a non-resistant space of
neutral allows shifting from one gear to another. Neutral even
permits change from a reverse motion into a forward gear.
Neutral provides space and time for gears to 'become familiar',
align, and finally mesh with the next gear. Coasting can
still take place while in neutral, but 'thrust' is not
involved until another gear is engaged.

We are currently in neutral, coasting while preparing to access a
higher gear. Neutral is an appropriate time to rest, strengthen oneself,
aspire, and open to what lies ahead. Try to observe and function
from an impersonal perspective for attachments
may still indicate an ego involvement.

To operate in a higher gear will require extra navigational
precision due to the increased forward speed, yet
this allows destination to come into view.
