Leftovers ~
As one steps through into the new, take whatever
time is needed to
gain balance, while catching the proverbial breath, to acclimate.
'Feeling-the-way' may be most appropriate now,
processing through the heart instead of the mind.
Should old thought patterns, body aches and pains linger for a
while, worry not, they are only 'leftovers'. These will
phase out, eventually 'die on the vine', for there is
no longer fuel (energy/attention) to feed them.
As fresh energy gradually filters in and through us with nourishing
new life, it overrides and scours out residual 'leftovers'.
